Core Responsibilities

Reverse engineer high-performing creator content and adapt proven frameworks for our network.
Oversee content editing guidelines to ensure maximum retention, authenticity, and engagement.
Collaborate with creator managers and community teams to align content with marketing objectives.
Test and iterate on outreach campaigns across multiple traffic sources.
Develop creator-specific storytelling, audience segmentation, and brand positioning strategies.
Build and monitor tracking systems, UTM links, and funnel reports.
Continuously scale successful strategies while optimizing underperforming ones.
Platform Expertise
Instagram Reels and Stories growth strategies.
TikTok organic reach and multi-account scaling.
X (Twitter) for audience building and viral thread creation.
Reddit niche discovery and community funneling.
Snapchat Spotlight and public profile expansion.
YouTube Shorts and long-form content repurposing.
Telegram and Discord for building engaged fan communities.
Familiarity with link-in-bio tools, tracking pages, and creator ecosystem analytics.

Required Experience
Proven record of scaling personal brands, influencers, or creator-led businesses.
