Job Description:

Product Owner will support product development by translating business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting feature delivery through Agile methodologies. The role is ideal for an analytical, organized, and curious professional looking to grow in a fast-paced e-mobility environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs and user feedback into clear user stories, features, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the product strategy.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to support feature delivery from ideation to launch.
  • Conduct basic user research and feedback sessions and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Maintain product documentation, wireframes, and feature specifications.
  • Monitor key product metrics such as user engagement, feature adoption, and bug rates.
  • Communicate product progress, sprint updates, and feature releases clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous product improvement by incorporating user feedback, data, and learnings.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to break down complex problems into simple steps.
  • Understanding of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • High level of curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
