Job Description:

Production Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and executing production and material plans to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, optimal inventory availability, and on-time production delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production and material plans to meet manufacturing targets and customer demand.
• Ensure the availability of materials, batteries, and critical components while coordinating with Procurement to prevent shortages.
• Optimize production capacity, labor, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of daily production plans.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Maintain accurate planning data, BOMs, and planning parameters within ERP/MRP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, reduce waste, and optimize inventory and

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics or any related field.
• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing planning MRP & MPS (preferably automotive or industry)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Assembly operations
  • MRP. MPS
  • Inventory control
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems
