Job Summary

We are looking for QC Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of Blu EV's software across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will manage testing activities from requirements review and test planning through execution, defect management, and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, identify risks, and define testing needs.
  • Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and reports.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and APIs.
  • Identify, investigate, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Maintain QC standards and continuously improve testing processes and tools.
  • Report testing progress, quality status, defects, and release readiness.
  • Support releases and ensure required quality gates are met.
  • Set up and maintain test environments and monitor systems for issues.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and prepare performance reports.
  • Maintain QC documentation, including release and deployment guides.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Operations, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Assess software, tools, and third-party integrations for system compatibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • At least one testing certification, such as ISTQB.
  • Experience in test strategy, planning, estimation, test case design, and defect management.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
  • Experience in API, web, and mobile testing.
  • Knowledge of data integration and Change Data Capture (CDC).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Unix commands/scripting.
  • Experience with source control and CI/CD environments.
  • Experience supporting different testing phases, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
