Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Operations Team in the daily management of a complex, high-profile operational environment at the Giza Plateau. This position combines high-level executive administrative support with operational coordination, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. The role serves as a key liaison between the COO, internal departments, government stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting agendas; ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track operational priorities, deadlines, and initiatives.
- Support the team in overseeing complex logistics related to site operations, events, and peak visitor periods.
- Assist in monitoring operational issues and proactively flag risks or challenges before escalation.
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between operational teams and executive direction.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including international visitors, senior officials, and frontline staff.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Experience within one or more of the following sectors is highly desirable:
- Large-scale venue or event management.
- Tourism and hospitality.
- Facility management.
- Other complex, logistics-driven operational environments.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in office management systems and video conferencing platforms.
- Full professional fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
