Job Summary

Electrical Engineer supports the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Blu EV's hardware solutions. The role involves hands-on testing, installation, fault diagnosis, and ensuring reliable system performance across customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Deployment Inspections (PDI), quality checks, and functional tests.
• Support hardware installation, configuration, network setup, and system validation at customer sites.
• Collaborate with field technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to maximize system uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, circuit board, component, and system-level faults.
• Troubleshoot related embedded software issues.
• Maintain activity records, repair logs, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to developing and improving SOPs and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of batteries and electronics.
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems and hardware design.
• Hands-on experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Practical experience troubleshooting hardware and embedded software issues.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
