The Admin Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance & Admin Manager with a wide range of administrative and financial tasks. This role will be instrumental in maintaining financial compliance and enabling strategic decision-making, ultimately enhancing the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Support: Assist Finance & Admin Manager in financial activities, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and monitoring expenses.

Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

Document Preparation: Organize financial documents and reports.

Office Support: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and basic maintenance to maintain a well-organized workspace and clean.

Visitor Reception: Greet and assist visitors and clients.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial and administrative information with the utmost discretion.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certifications in office administration or finance as a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial software.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with keen attention to detail.

Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Analytical Skills: Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.

Professionalism: Uphold high professional and ethical standards.

Experience: Previous experience in administrative or financial support roles is advantageous.
