About the Role:

As a Business Operations Executive at Orangeleaf Consulting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organizations operations and the coordination of operational tasks to meet the companys goals and directives efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage & coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. Including but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimise company workflows and processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team to align on the operational processes and ensure effective coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify situational gaps and develop contingency plans to mitigate such situations.
  • Assist in planning, ideating & implementation of special projects that may involve the integration of different operational functions
  • Assist coordination company-wide activities such as Town Halls, management briefings and other related events.

2. Support preparation, delivery and review of both internal & external documentation, including but not limited to:

  • Quotations & Invoices
  • Contractual agreements and work orders

3. Conduct Pre-sales & Sales activities, including:

  • Collaborating with the technical development team in assessing client requirements.
  • Coordinate & arranging proposal preparations and presentations.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies & approaches applicable to a diverse range of industries & regions.
  • Manage client accounts and monitoring client satisfaction to drive long-term relationship retention.
  • Assist with managing strategic partnership relations.

4. Work with the Finance team to prepare client billing reports, invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery.

5. You will report directly to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree at minimum, preferably in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operations Coordination or Operations Management
  • Business process management or process modelling certifications are an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Strong analytical & communication skills.
  • Independent and punctual for any appointments
  • Excellent problem-solving & prioritization skills
  • Eager to learn and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel overseas when required
