Lead, Cyber-Security Operations

Purpose of the job

Maintain and operate technology security solutions and processes to protect Orange Egypt network and services

Duties and responsibilities

• Administer, Maintain and operate Orange EGs security systems to insure the availability of servcies and protection agaisnt security attacks
• Exhibit technical understanding and experience with security technologies including, but not limited to, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Event Corelation, Firewalls, Antivirus, Antispam, policy enforcement, patch/configuration management, secure application development, etc.
• Review systems and network access requests
• Perform ticket queue monitoring and prioritization, act on needed actions
• Provide security reports to executive management and Business entities
• Work with different technology teams to analyze problems and establish root cause of failures.
• Monitor and adjust the security vendors service level agreements.
• Act as Cyber Security interface for Technology action plans and provide needed support.

Job specification

Education and Experience

• University degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Information/Cyber security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA,.)
• Security vendor specilaist certifications such as Tipping Point, Fortinet, Arcsight,. are preferred
• Fluently reading and writing in English language..
