About the job Supervisor, Employee Experience & Engagement
Purpose of the Job
Drive employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle, strengthening employees connection to the Orange brand and fostering a positive and meaningful culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead multimedia activities to position Orange Egypt as the employer of choice for current employees and prospective candidates
- Develop and implement engagement programs to increase retention and promote company culture
- Plan, manage and execute employee engagement events/initiatives that reach out to remote employees
- Coordinate all site-based internal communication and employees engagement activities
- Work on end-to-end projects that enhance the employees journey from hire to retire
- Support Employer Brand team in enhancing our online presence on different social media platforms
- Develop and maintain organizational communications channels, such as announcements and newsletters, to ensure employee awareness
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to help drive the employee engagement agenda
- Propose and implement innovative approaches and solutions to engage employees and bring new experiences that are aligned with company culture and brand
- Research and understand industry trends to introduce new ideas and digital tools to the organization
- Manage internal HR outreach events and develop creative communication tools to connect to employees
- Assist in managing organizational change and crisis communication
- Contribute to the departments annual activity planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Job Specification
Education
BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Literature, Language or equivalent.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, media or similar fields. Previous experience in managing publications and/or event planning is preferred.
Skills and abilities
Solid writing skills (English & Arabic)
Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into simple, clear messages
Sharp eye for detail, good knowledge of all MS Office applications
Creative and out-of-the box thinking
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Dynamic and energetic personality can work well with diverse teams.
Awareness of the latest trends in the communications field and knowledge of the Egyptian culture/audience in specific, with strong ability to adapt global best practices to the Egyptian corporate culture.
Design and photography skills are a plus.
