Purpose of the job
Handle the sales of Triple Play LOB in order to increase sales volume and increase company's market share in the assigned regions
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts at the assigned regions.
- Create action plans to penetrate strategic and key accounts in order to achieve the assigned targets.
- Develop new ideas and approaches to increase customer base and market share through gathering market & customer information.
- Contribute in formulating the sales forecast, accounts' status reports, recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue increase
- Conduct account management meetings to define objectives, discuss progress, workflows and enhance collaboration between different departments in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maximize sales opportunities by increasing Triple Play share of accounts through a proactive selling approach.
- Achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by understanding critical customer challenges and taking a solution-based approach.
- Grow existing accounts through execution of a proactive sales plan with initiatives to include focus on lost & declining business in existing customer base.
- Achieve maximum profitability by achieving and exceeding gross margin goals through overselling Orange services & products.
- Deliver consistent service through consultative sales, preparing quality presentation materials, conducting demonstrations, detailing products and cost savings, determining customer needs and requirements.
- Develop knowledge of customer accounts within the assigned regions, to include technical requirements, targeted pricing, applicable contract requirements and competitive analysis.
- Work with marketing team to develop strategic territory business plans, draft proposals, contract negotiation, and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
- Identify and communicate work in process, threats, opportunities, and related market trends as appropriate.
- Proactively respond to and meet sales opportunities by serving as the source for customers required information, maintaining consistent contact with all customers in the assigned area of responsibility.
Job specification
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field, SPIN Selling, Effective Selling
Experience
- Minimum experience of 7 Years, 4 of which in a relevant role
Skills and abilities
- Very good spoken & written English & Arabic
- Selling Skills
- Capable use of sales systems and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Listening & communication skills
