Purpose of the job

Managing targeted data (mobile internet and MBB) stimulation programs for the personal prepaid, control and post-paid base that up-lift data ARPU, increase penetration of data services within the base and convert more customers into data users.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare engaging and stimulating presentations for new concepts, presenting strategies, quarterly plans and post-launch reviews (T presentations). Presentations must include customer/market insights, figures, KPIs
  • Prepare and follow up on all material needed to get approvals (T-1/T0 presentations, business case, budget exercise, NTRA letter)
  • Prepare and follow up on all required communication material (scripts, SMS text, VRS waves, CS briefs, OB briefs) proof-read it and assume the role of the customer when receiving it to ensure it delivers the message in an engaging, informative and customer friendly way
  • Perform pre-launch tests to ensure SMS/VRS tool is running smoothly and that messages are delivered correctly to the correct target audience
  • Give team briefing/training sessions before OB campaigns
  • Ensure that pre-launch activities are approved and secured (finance/technology-Siebel readiness)/NTRA) and all teams are briefed about the campaign and their respective roles (CS, technology(development and operations), SMS/VRS teams)
  • Closely monitor the in-launch activities campaign performance and system/tools stability and performance and report any concerns/issues on the spot.
  • Monitor post-launch activities, ensure that delivery reports and dashboard results (opt-ins/fulfillments) are correct and delivered on time, and report any concerns/issues on the spot
  • Request analysis for all completed campaigns through the correct channel (CI insights team/DWH report request) to cover all dimensions typically analyzed in CBM post-launch analyses
  • Update regularly team manager and team head with campaign progress and results according to the time-line:
    • 1st update: once campaign is launched to confirm Siebel launch success and the launch of SMSs/VRSs/OB calls.
    • 2nd update: day 2-3 after campaign launch to report preliminary results of opt-ins, fulfillments, delivery rates, reach rates, and acceptance rates. Update is expected to be daily for the first week, and then on weekly basis if not requested otherwise.
    • 3rd update: once campaign is completed to confirm completion of all SMSs/VRSs/OB calls
  • Prepare and send emails to top management and any other relevant teams confirming campaign launch. Must include a brief description of the campaign (scope, target audience, time-line, communication channel)
  • Prepare and send emails to management and top management and any other relevant teams confirming campaign completion. Include information about volumes of customers contacted, opt-in/acceptance rates and actual fulfillments
  • Prepare post-launch reviews in presentation format to be shared with top management and any other relevant teams (e.g. segments).
  • Create a checklist of deliverables for each campaign/project and be constantly on top of it and report regularly on its progress
  • Review the time-plan regularly for planned actions and ensure adherence to it
  • Report any potential show stoppers/delays to the plan in a timely manner
  • Contact all stakeholders to ensure adherence to the plan deliverables and dates
  • Seek Base Management knowledge (business / functional / technical) through self-learning, or through group forums (CBM calls, newsletters, etc..)
  • Follow up regularly on core KPIs (base breakdown, GAs, recharges, revenues, data subscribers, data usage).
  • Provide analysis and recommendations using core KPIs highlighting areas of possible actions to enhance performance / recuperate mal-performance at mass level.
  • Seek constant awareness of competition (ATL and where possible BTL moves), with assessment of impact.
  • Constantly provide correlation of owned area / initiatives to the core KPIs.
