Job Title: Sales Outdoor Agent
Location: Upper Egypt (Hurghada-Aswan-Minya)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales leads generated from outbound upselling campaigns and online purchase requests.
• Follow up on all leads until the completion of the Porting-In or Activation process, ensuring contracts and documents are uploaded accurately on Orange Systems.
• Identify and acquire new non-Orange customers through personal referrals and connections.
• Cross-sell Orange products, such as Home 4G, during scheduled customer visits.
• Handle VIP and Top Management referrals for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) and Sales Outdoor visits.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Leverage personal contacts to organize and execute sales events in local institutions such as schools, universities, and syndicates.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Strong sales acumen with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
