Purpose of the job

Handling CRM operations, starting from architecture review, maintenance, servers and OS monitoring, handling global incidents and leading the operations team.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Lead operations team.
  2. Study new CRM administration requirements and make a complete assessment.
  3. Fast reaction to system issues to ensure that our services are up quickly.
  4. Responsible for incidents & operation tasks.
  5. Accept and validate new features implementation, software upgrades and new products and services.
  6. Responsible on tasks / activities planning.
  7. Responsible on production stability.

Job specification

Education

Bachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science

Experience

  • 10+ years of CRM experience.
  • Experience on Siebel CRM ( 23+ Siebel version is a must).
  • Configure application using EAI, Workflow, and related tools.
  • Design and develop new/modify business components, business objects, applet, views and screen as per the customer requirements.
  • Design Siebel workflows and other business process scenarios using Siebel tools.
  •  Create/modify database objects like tables, columns and index required to meeting customer requirements.
  • Provides technical expertise on key decisions and priorities related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) architecture solutions.
  • Analyzes and translates business and technical requirements into an structural blueprint outlining Siebel solutions that will achieve the desired business objectives.
  • Conceptualizes, defines, designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains application releases in a Siebel environment.
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical issues.
  • Works in close collaboration with business and technology partners to evaluate, design and/or integrate new functionality into existing Siebel applications.
  • Performs user and access administration on designated systems and applications, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization.
  • Skilled on UNIX scripting, Oracle and programing skills
  • Skilled in Oracle SQL
  • Very good English both written and spoken.
