Purpose of the job
- Leading Siebel CRM solutions Design & Development, ensuring they meet the business needs of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications, including workflows, business services, and user interfaces to enhance system functionality.
- Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications, using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and other integration methods.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications.
- Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.
- Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools, EAl, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, service, marketing, etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel CRM to support these processes.
- Experience with Siebel integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, EAl, SOAP, REST APls), and middleware platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
Job specification
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Master of Business Administration is a plus.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science or relevant field.
Skills and Abilities:
- 8+ years of Siebel CRM development experience.
- Preferred 17+ Siebel version.
- Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications, including workflows, business services, and user interfaces to enhance system functionality.
- Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications, using Siebel tools like EAl (Enterprise Application Integration), Web Services, and other integration methods.
- Provide ongoing system support, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, issue resolution, and application updates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications.
- Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM system, including managing records, user access, and security profiles.
- Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.
