Responsibilities:
- Calling through a list of current and potential clients to collect data to measure customer satisfaction.
Answering customer inquiries.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
Entering detailed call logs for others to read and understand.
Maintaining records of customer contacts.
Maintaining records of survey responses.
Following up on previous customers.
