Responsibilities:

  • Calling through a list of current and potential clients to collect data to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Answering customer inquiries.

  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
  • Entering detailed call logs for others to read and understand.

  • Maintaining records of customer contacts.

  • Maintaining records of survey responses.

  • Following up on previous customers.
