Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DC and IaaS Cloud Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our datacenter (DC) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud products, from strategic planning to tactical execution. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business executives, to ensure the successful delivery of our cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth and Market Share: Drive revenue growth, market and value share, and all necessary marketing action plans to enhance acquisition, loyalty, retention, base management, and customer satisfaction for Datacenter & Cloud Products.
- KPI Development: Propose relevant KPIs for Datacenter & Cloud Products.
- Project Accountability: Oversee projects under implementation by the product marketing team.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze and recommend strategic directions and plans to execute the Orange B2B strategy and achieve agreed objectives.
- Market Understanding: Build and share a deep understanding of the market, including customer needs, main actors, key drivers, and key figures, leveraging market feedback from sales and customer service teams.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define go-to-market strategy for IT Solutions & Security aligned with B2B strategy, including releases, positioning, value propositions, pricing strategy, communication, and launch.
- Marketing and Action Plans: Develop and drive marketing and action plans, including product roadmap, releases, acquisition and retention campaigns, customer experience, go-to-market approach, and partnerships to enhance Orange's performance for the concerned range of solutions.
- Product Development: Lead and monitor the development and in-life phases of products and services.
- Management Cycle Contribution: Contribute to the management cycle by defining ambitions and key drivers (targets, commissions, etc.) for the segment, monitoring performance, and proposing mitigation actions.
- Coordination: Coordinate efforts between different commercial departments and divisions to ensure set targets and service levels are met.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships, create and maintain distribution channels. Design and implement suitable business models for partners and define agreement terms appropriate for each business model.
- Sales Support: Support sales and presales activities throughout the sales cycle across all B2B segments, including lead generation, customer meetings, presentations, and final proposals.
- Industry Representation: Represent Orange Egypt in industry functions, including association events, conferences, round tables, speaking forums, and entrepreneurship events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, particularly with DC and IaaS cloud products.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data center operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for DC & cloud services.
- Certifications from major cloud providers such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Huawei Cloud is a plus.
