About the job Telesales Specialist - SME
Purpose of the Job
Managing a portfolio of top SME accounts to ensure increasing Orange's market share within those accounts and enhancing the revenues generated from them by selling them new products/services and handling the accounts complaints and concerns to maximize customer satisfaction levels and reach highest loyalty positions to ensure protection against competition attacks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing & maintaining the assigned SME accounts.
- Develop a trustworthy relationship with the customers.
- Make a wide penetration in the portfolio and get acquainted with all decision makers and influencers.
- Develop the sales within the existing portfolio by promoting new products & solutions to the customers.
- Increase the revenue & the active base of the existing accounts by retaining the customers & acquiring new users within the existing portfolio.
- Timely communicate & advise the customers with all new offers, tariffs, business solutions, tariff advisors & proceed with the required actions through the enterprise support team.
- Act as a focal point between the customers & the other departments (Credit, Enterprise Support, Enterprise Complaint Handling, Enterprise Save Team, Technology) to ensure fulfilling & solving the customers requests & complaints.
- Handle any received termination & port out cases related to the assigned portfolio & save the customers using all the available tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to provide the customers with the required offers & ensure fulfilling the marketing conditions.
- Report their figures on weekly basis to their direct manager.
- Achieving sales & revenue targets.
Job Specifications:
Education
- University degree, preferably in business administration
Job location: Smart village ,Giza, Egypt
Experience
- 0-3 years experience in sales
- Experience in Sales of value added products & services
Skills and abilities
- Very good English both spoken and written
- Very good computer skills
- Practical, reliable and flexible
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Able to manage stress & pressure effectively
