Job Purpose:

Support the development and execution of postpaid segment strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Work closely with the team to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to contribute to effective segment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing postpaid segment strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Support in monitoring customer behavior and usage trends to optimize value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for segment growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, customer care, etc.) to implement segment-related initiatives.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Contribute to the development of targeted campaigns, offers, and loyalty programs.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, business analysis, or telecommunications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer segmentation and market analysis.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
