Purpose of the job
Sales & Managing Portfolio of Micro Account Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio to accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Negotiate offers and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.
- Attacking the existing shared accounts with Competitors.
- Selling new products to the existing portfolio to increase its profitability.
- Regular visits for the existing accounts to enhance relationships.
- Do the account management for the existing accounts.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve customers satisfaction.
Job specification
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience of working in a sales role within a telecom or outdoor sales in a relevant field.
- Owning a car is a plus and required in some areas.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Detailed understanding and experience of enterprise and outdoor sales.
- Ability to network within a customer organization to identify key influencers and decision makers, demonstrable experience selling telecoms services and solutions.
- Sound understanding of IP and Telecoms Industry
- Good selling, communication and negotiation skills.
