Purpose of the Job

Maintain business requirements, improves quality of service, understands major issues, aligns decisions with global strategy, maintain projects delivery quality within SLA, all operational KPIs

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle operational tasks for current running application within SLA
  • Maintain applications readiness and performance
  • Handle new coming business requests coding change on in-house applications
  • Innovate new technologies to enhance existing application to meet market needs
  • Projects manager and owner for new coming projects in his responsibility

Job Specification

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Experience

  •  0-2 Years of experience in Operations

Skills and abilities:

  • .Net
  • C,C#,C++
  • Web API
  • Database (MS-SQL ,Oracle,..)
  • OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
  • SQL / PLSQL
  • OS ( Linus , Windows ,..)
  • Excel
  • DB analysis is plus
  • Angular is plus
  • SharePoint is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a group or individually according to the job requirements
