Purpose of the job

  • Handling SDM operation activities , implementing relevant WOs and develop needed SPML scripts

Duties and responsibilities

  • Perform daily operations and preventative maintenance to ensure maximum service availability.
  • Troubleshoot and handle SDM core network incidents and escalations from business and consumer teams.
  • Maintain and manage software core infrastructure through software upgrades, configuration implementation, and network element expansions
  • Monitor the network and platform performance proactively to ensure KPI stability
  • Handle all proactive actions to maintain the highest customer experience
  • Solve end-user (consumer and business) complaints
  • Follow up directly on care tickets with external vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain service continuity.
  • Provide support for network-related technical issues (on call, 24/7).
  • Develop in-house scripts to meet business requirements related to the SDM network
  • Interface with the information security team to meet auditor requirements
  • Ensure good communication and working relationships between external vendors and internal departments.
  • Interface directly with quality assurance, sales, engineering, marketing, billing, and provisioning teams.
  • Apply relevant work orders.
  • Interact and communicate with vendors in planned and maintenance activities.

Job specification

Education

  • B.sc. In telecommunication and electronics engineering.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, 2 of which in the same filed.

Skills and abilities

  • Good knowledge in GSM.
  • Good Computing skills.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Self motivated & Flexible
  • Ability to work in teamwork.
  • Very good in communication skills
