Responsibilities

    • Handle service offers for all Triple play locations.
    • Implement the required service requests like suspension and reactivation of users in addition to all accounting cases.
    • Follow up on clients to close leads.
    • Respond to all client's complaints and inquiries.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Represent Triple Play team in exhibitions and events.
    • Handle with high proficiency all related digital tools ex. CRM, Tracer & Siebel applications.
    • Advise and offer triple-play product to the customers
    • Online direct connection with Triple Play marketing team to advise with the tailored offers based on the customer needs and expectations
    • Carry out up-selling and cross-selling techniques in order to increase revenues.
    • Maintain task delivery and meet deadlines.
    • Maintain customer service standards to keep Orange's image

Requirements
