Job Purpose:

The Corporate Reporting Supervisor at Orange Egypt ensures the accurate and timely delivery of corporate reports and performance analyses. Acting as the single source for KPI definitions, the role collaborates with Commercial, IT, and Finance teams to track business performance, resolve discrepancies, and provide insights for strategic decisions while maintaining reporting standards and data confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manages the timely delivery of corporate-level reports and analyses.

2. Identifies discrepancies and takes corrective actions with other departments to resolve them.

3. Works closely with Commercial and Information Technology different stakeholders to make sure that the company KPIs are accurately reported, and new services/customer profiles are well and timely captured.

4. Acting as the sole and only source for KPI definitions & methodologies within the whole Organization.

5. Serving as the primary Corporate Reporting point of contact for other departments by providing required inputs and following up on requests of different departments.

6. Develops presentations and reporting to senior management on commercial performance, variances from targets, updates on ongoing activities.

7. Manages, undertakes and contributes to special analyses and investigations of key business trends and variations, both independently and in response to specific requests from Group, Senior Management and different Commercial Stakeholders.

8. Liaises with Commercial stakeholders and Finance Commercial Decision Support to provide an in-depth monthly analysis on the actual commercial performance versus the budget to identify the gaps covering all market segments and the reasons behind those gaps.

9. Prepare the weekly presentation-dashboard showing the actual major KPIs in comparison with the budget figures then provide it to the top management which effectively allows them to respond to the changing market conditions and dynamics.

10. Establishes a strong partnership, develops strong collaborative working relationships and coordinates with other stakeholders across the team, business, as well as Group Controlling.

11. Ensuring that reports formats are in accordance with internal and shareholder reporting standards.

12. Manages maintaining up to date records, archive, data base, for the Corporate Reporting department including filing of reports and updating shared directory.

13. Ensures that information flows are secured, and that confidentiality is maintained.

Job Specification

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.

4. Excellent English both spoken and written.
