Purpose of the job

Handle enterprise market projects covering all commercial launches and ensure project delivery according to defined project plan, allocated cost & related quality standards.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage Enterprise market stream and interface on behalf of the enterprise team in global projects.
  • Manage assigned enterprise commercial projects once the idea is approved till the commercial launch. (from T-1 clearance till T3 clearance)
  • Commercially support in solution project design
  • Make sure that all needed project documentation is detailed, & delivered to the concerned parties
  • Commercially Lead project assessment phase, discussions & negotiation with the related technical & non-technical teams
  • Responsible for assembling the project team members
  • Plan the delivery dates of the Enterprise market projects with concerned stakeholders.
  • May participate in the testing phase.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
  • It is his primary duty to participate in related projects meetings, discussions, workshops and brainstorming sessions.
  • Explore and suggest possible options to ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned projects.
  • Follow-up on projects delivery with Technology and all concerned entities and provide updates to planning team.
  • Provide feedback to business owners within the Enterprise market regarding the progress of their projects.
  • Secure NTRA approvals when needed
  • Ensure that commercial lunches are well communicated to all involved departments within Enterprise market & other concerned departments.
  • Ensure that all customer touchpoints include accurate, consistent and updated information.
  • Make sure that all needed project documentation is detailed & up to date upon project closure for future reference.
  • Responsible for project closure & closure communication
  • Investigate post launch issues / concerns and recommends solutions

Job specification

Education

  • University graduate (recommended communication engineering)     

Experience

  • Min 4 years of work experience including 2 years in a similar position

Skills and abilities

  • Very good English both spoken & written
  • Very good computer skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent business sense with ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communications skills and team work spirit
  • Ability to understand business cases, cost/benefit analysis
  • Project management certificate is a plus
