Purpose of the job

To manage the sim swap campaign from old sim to new SIM card to be able to use 4G/5G network and experience higher speed that would reflect more data revenues and enhance customer experience

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead the 4G/5G SIM swap campaign, creating a smooth transition experience for customers while upgrading.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage customers and promote the benefits of the 4G/5G network.
  • Develop unique outreach approaches and promotional activities to showcase the advantages of 4G/5G over 3G.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach in all campaign initiatives, prioritizing customer convenience, satisfaction, and education about 4G/5G benefits.
  • Assist with content creation for digital platforms, especially social media. Engage with customers in a way that is relatable and relevant to the youth demographic.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and tech teams to ensure a consistent campaign message and a streamlined customer experience.
  • Monitor campaign progress and gather insights through data tracking and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to evaluate the campaigns effectiveness and suggest improvements.
