Senior Network Security Engineer

Purpose of the job

To manage and support network security technology tools to meet organizational needs.

Job location: Cairo Administrative New Capital

Key Responsibilities:

1. maintaining and trouble shooting second layer of support to theses tools
2. Troubleshoot raised issues from operation team
3. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure availability requirements are met
4. Work with vendors to solve the raised problems from operation team.
5. Provide level 2 network support, to all network related incidents
6. Ensure service level agreement SLA is met during incidents handling.

Job specification

Education

1. Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science from a recognized university.

Experience.

1. Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in administrating information security controls
2. Proven experience working with F5 WAF and LTM.
3. Proven experience working with Forcepoint Firewalls.
4. Proven experience working with Infoblox DDI.
