Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Reporting, Analysis, and Audit Professional to join our team at a process and quality assurance level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of expertise in developing and maintaining robust reporting mechanisms, monitoring processes, and quality assurance frameworks within the ICT industry. This role requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for process improvement, a solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, and the ability to streamline reporting processes to ensure organizational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Reporting Systems Development:

- Design and implement reporting systems that capture and analyze process metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine reporting requirements to drive continuous improvement.

2. Process Monitoring and Improvement:

- Establish and oversee monitoring processes to track the efficiency and effectiveness of key ICT processes.

- Conduct regular reviews of process metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and best practices.

- Conduct internal quality audits to assess adherence to established processes and standards.

4. Audit and Compliance:

- Lead internal and external audits focused on process adherence and quality standards.

- Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain documentation of audit processes, findings, and corrective action plans.

5. Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

- Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and overall quality.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process gaps, quality issues, and implement improvements.

- Communicate audit findings, process enhancements, and quality assurance results effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, process improvement, and quality assurance within the ICT industry.

- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and process improvement frameworks.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL) would be advantageous.
