Job Opportunity: Lead, Indirect Fixed Sales (Delta & Upper Egypt)
About the Role
As the Lead, Indirect Fixed Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Your mission is to leverage all available company resources to achieve sales targets, enhance market visibility, and position Orange as the ISP of choice. Youll be the bridge between Orange and our valued resellers, ensuring seamless coordination and positive influence across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Utilize all company resources strategically to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Continuously refine and grow an already established territory.
- Develop new sales opportunities within the assigned area by recruiting and onboarding new resellers.
- Trade Activities & Promotions:
- Execute trade activities and promotions to enhance performance and achievement.
- Monitor daily workflows of resellers to ensure alignment with assigned targets.
- Identify reasons that may lead to business opportunities loss and enhance market visibility.
- Territory Management & Brand Representation:
- Prepare and execute a weekly visit plan to engage with resellers.
- Ensure appropriate company visibility that aligns with our brand image.
- Insure that resellers are well-branded and equipped with relevant materials.
- Channel Coordination & Relationship Management:
- Act as the coordinator between Orange and dealers, resolving issues across various departments (support functions, logistics, installation, collection, financials, etc.).
- Maintain channel control and positive influence within the assigned territory.
- Hold regular meetings with reseller members to strengthen communication and shared objectives.
- Performance Assessment & Reporting:
- Continuously monitor and assess resellers performance and capabilities.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly activity reports, including market insights and competitive analysis.
- Train resellers on using Orange systems and company policies.
- Long-Term Planning:
- Set short and long-term sales plans for resellers, aligning with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant sales experience (outdoor/indoor).
- Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to travel across governorates.
- Enthusiasm and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
