Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campus Administrator to oversee daily operations, student services, and administrative functions at our campus. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage campus resources efficiently, and support faculty, staff, and students in achieving academic and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the campus, ensuring smooth administrative functions and student services.
- Manage student enrollment processes, including admissions, registration, and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario's Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) regulations, Private Career Colleges Act, and other relevant accreditation bodies.
- Supervise and support faculty and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle student inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate student and institutional records in compliance with privacy laws and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, faculty assignments, and facility use.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to support efficient campus operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve campus administration and student support services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or management role within a private career college, post-secondary institution, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario's Private Career Colleges Act and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing student services, faculty relations, and operational budgets.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
