Responsibilities:

  • Branding Guidelines: Ensure consistency in branding across writing, charts, infographics, presentations, and social media. Provide training on brand guidelines.
  • Communication and Social Media: Share important updates, manage social media platforms, produce internal newsletters, and ensure content consistency. Provide social media training.
  • Graphic Designing: Handle design requests for various firm materials including social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain the firm's website, including content and biographies.
  • Events: Assist in planning and executing office and client events, including preparing print and graphic materials.
  • Career Fairs: Manage career fair activities, including setup, material availability, and communication with law students.
  • Pitches and Proposals: Respond to proposals, tenders, and quotations. Support pitch preparation and maintain records.
  • Legal Directories and Awards: Manage submissions to legal directories and streamline processes to improve rankings.
  • Client Nurturing: Develop client engagement strategies such as webinars and seminars.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in marketing or business development, with experience in the legal sector highly advantageous.
  • Qualifications: Marketing or business-related qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Strong command of the English language, good numerical competence, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Traits: Flexibility, ethical behavior, teamwork, effective communication, resilience, and a driven attitude. Must demonstrate initiative, integrity, and reliability.
