This Applicant Privacy Notice applies to all individuals accessing the Optimal Growth Technologies (OGT) Manatal careers portal and applying for employment, contractor, internship or other engagement opportunities.

Depending on your jurisdiction, processing is based on your consent, the steps necessary before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and OGT's legitimate interests in recruiting suitable candidates.

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box or submitting an application through the OGT Careers Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Applicant Privacy Notice and consent to OGT processing your personal information for recruitment purposes. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to provide any third-party information (such as referees), and that OGT may conduct identity, qualification, employment, reference, criminal, credit and other pre-employment screening where relevant to the role and permitted by law. You understand that withdrawing consent may affect OGT's ability to consider your application.
