- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using providers such as AWS and Azure.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and availability of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Ensure the security of cloud environments through the implementation of security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and encryption.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy cloud-native applications and services.
- Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Docker.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure-related issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, features, and best practices, and apply them to improve infrastructure and services.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of cloud environments.
- Manage and optimize cloud costs through efficient resource management and cost monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for cloud services.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud infrastructure.
- Provide training and guidance to other IT staff and stakeholders on cloud infrastructure and best practices.
- Participate in the planning and execution of cloud migration projects, including scoping, development, testing, and deployment.
- Lead the design and implementation of hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud environments.
- Generate and analyze reports on cloud infrastructure usage, performance, and security incidents.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure management.
- Respond to and resolve escalated support tickets related to cloud infrastructure in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine cloud infrastructure tasks.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud infrastructure with existing systems and processes.
- Coordinate with cloud service providers for issue resolution and service enhancements.
- Participate in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures related to cloud infrastructure.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud infrastructure implementations and customizations.
- Provide input and recommendations for the continuous improvement of cloud service delivery.
