Integration Engineer
The company is recruiting an experienced integrator for the integration group in the operations department.
The role includes responsibility for product quality, process improvement, failure analysis and leading technological projects.
Responsibilities:
Leading failure research, yield improvement and ongoing support for the production plan.
Responsibility for production processes, closing specifications and transferring technologies from development to production.
Management of USR, engineering series and PRR processes.
Control of processes and machines to ensure quality and repeatability.
Change management according to the CCB procedure.
Documentation, drawing lessons and preventing future quality incidents.
Preparation of work plans to improve costs, quality, TPT and OTD.
Understanding new technologies and translating them into production needs.
Continuous improvement in process stability and reducing deviations.
Management and updating process routes.
Working with: Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D
Job Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Materials/Electrical/Physics/Chemical Engineering or similar science – required
5+ years of experience as an experienced process engineer – required
Broad background in statistics – required
Experience working with JMP – required
Experience in integration/transfer from development to production – required
Experience in project management / matrix – a significant advantage.
Experience in system automation / robotics – a significant advantage
