Program Manager Required for: Israel Regional Business Unit

Job Description

Manage programs that have a contract/customer order for the supply of serially manufactured products and/or develop new products under a development contract/order.

Assisting the Marketing Manager in formulating price quotes prior to receiving the order, including working with the customer and within the company, including building SOWs for development orders, while ensuring compliance with the contractual terms and business objectives of the deal.

Responsibility for executing the plan on time and at the required cost, focusing on problem solving, establishing dedicated teams for handling, managing structured routines for R&D and operations (engineering, manufacturing, R&D and purchasing), monitoring and managing the plan.

Monitoring and promoting the handling of quality events and the rate of return of defective products and initiating improvement and corrective activities

Initiative in creating new business opportunities

Requirements:

B.Sc/M.Sc Electrical/Electronics/Physics Engineering

5 years of experience in development

5 years or more of experience as a Project/Product Manager/Account Manager/Application Engineer

Experience in multidisciplinary companies - Required

Experience in matrix work - required

Experience working with customers - required

High level of English

The position is open to both genders

The position requires obtaining a security clearance
