What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented and organized Planner to join our team. This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to achieve our organization's goals. The right candidate will have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

What will you do?

Build, coordinate, and track project plans to ensure goals and objectives are met

Analyze data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and potential solutions

Track progress, analyze results, and adjust plans as needed

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Create and present progress and performance reports to management

Provide guidance and support to team members

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

5+ years of experience in a related role preferred

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Looking for someone with previous experience in a planning, material management, or IT role
Manufacturing companies only
Preference given to defense companies or at least experience with electronic and mechanical components
