Equipment Maintenance Engineer
The position includes full responsibility for the maintenance, care and ongoing operation of production equipment and complex systems in an advanced technological environment.
Main areas of responsibility:
Responsibility for the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment and instrumentation on production lines.
Detecting, analyzing and resolving faults in complex systems - electrical, control, mechanical, vacuum and pneumatics.
Performing preventive and proactive maintenance to prevent future faults and maintain high availability of the equipment.
Ongoing work with process engineers, maintenance manager, and other interfaces in the organization.
Documentation of maintenance activities, faults and solutions in the organizational information systems.
Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality and technical standards procedures.
Job Requirements:
Electrical/Electronics Engineering Certificate or Mechanical Engineering Certificate with an Electrician's License - Required
Electrician's License - Required
3 years or more experience as an equipment maintenance engineer - Required
Knowledge and experience working with control systems, pneumatics, vacuum, and industrial electricity. - Required
Experience in plasma systems - A significant advantage.
Willingness to work overtime - Required.
Willingness to work in clean rooms - Required
Experience in the Wet Process field - A significant advantage
Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
Fluency in technical English.
Responsibility, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team.
Advantage:
Experience working with PLC systems or other industrial controllers.
Familiarity with a clean environment (Clean Room).
The position requires a security clearance
