Job Description


A Pick & Place and Binder Automation Engineer is required

Leading the transition process from manual to automated production
Controlling the performance of the process and systems, including monitoring, collecting and analyzing data to improve quality and efficiency
Planning and conducting groundbreaking experiments to improve production efficiency
Defining, characterizing and supporting automated machines in production processes
Adapting development processes to automated production requirements
Professional documentation and writing test reports and engineering recommendations

Job Requirements:


B.Sc in Chemical Engineering/Materials Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized academic institution

Master's degree an advantage

5 years of experience in automation (Pick & Place and Binders) of automated processes and machines – elevating manual processes and automating them in packaging processes – required

Experience in designing and implementing automation systems in industry – required

Working with software Statistics such as JMP – an advantage

Experience working on CAD software – an advantage

Very good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken - a must

Ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and in a team, creative thinking and initiative

Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions in real time

Proficiency in computer applications and technical reports

Creative thinking and initiative
