Job Description:
* Strategic Relationship Management: Manage long-term customer relationships from a strategic perspective, working in close collaboration with the organizations senior management.
* Customer Experience: Improve and enhance the overall customer service experience.
* Issue Resolution: Monitor and track customer issues through to full resolution.
* Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
* Portfolio Management: Manage the product portfolio for assigned accounts.
* Budget & Commercial Goals: Manage approved budgets, including meeting commercial targets and KPIs.
* Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify risks within the supply chain and proactively find alternatives/solutions.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various internal departments to promote products and solutions for clients.
* Client Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication and interactions tailored to the clients specific needs.
* Data Analysis: Analyze statistics and compile accurate performance reports for clients.
Requirements
* Education: B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management / Academic Degree – Mandatory.
* Experience: Proven experience working with executive-level clients, as well as project managers, procurement, and engineering departments (both internally and externally) – Mandatory.
* Seniority: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Industry Background: Experience in engineering, product-based companies, or sub-contractors specializing in manufacturing, integration, and electro-mechanical assembly.
* Negotiation: Proven experience in complex negotiations.
* Financial Literacy: Experience in product profitability analysis.
* Pricing: Experience in reviewing pricing models and submitting formal quotes (RFPs/RFQs) to clients.
* Technical Knowledge: Expertise in relevant technological fields and proficiency in supply chain processes.
* Languages: Fluent Hebrew and English.
* Systems: Proficiency in ERP software.
* Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints – Advantage.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, systemic vision, service-oriented approach, high energy, and ambition.
