We're hiring a Salesforce Junior Engineer to support the build and optimization of our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior team members across Salesforce, data, and GTM tooling. You'll help build workflows, reports, and integrations while learning how a modern revenue system is designed and scaled.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate Salesforce knowledge:
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Workflow automation (Flows, Process Builder)
  • Custom fields and objects
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Strong Plus

• Exposure to HubSpot and Salesforce integrations
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
• Interest in or experience using AI tools

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of Apex or SOQL
• Exposure to data analytics or reporting tools
• Interest in GTM (Go-To-Market) systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining Salesforce workflows, fields, and objects
• Support reporting and dashboard creation, including:
  • Pipeline tracking
  • Basic segmentation and performance metrics
• Help maintain and troubleshoot HubSpot–Salesforce integrations
• Support integrations with tools connected to Salesforce
• Assist in building dashboards for revenue and operations teams
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams on system improvements
