Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Contract Processor to support contract administration, data validation, and AI-assisted workflow monitoring. This role ensures accurate contract-to-billing translation, maintains data integrity, and performs real-time quality control on AI-generated outputs in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Processing & Data Verification
- Review and process B2B contracts, ensuring accurate interpretation of legal and commercial terms
- Translate contract details into correct billing and system data entries
- Validate legal entity names, billing contacts, products, and contract terms
- Apply strict contract rules (e.g., term dates, pilot periods, renewals)
- Maintain 100% accuracy in all contract data updates
2. AI Monitoring & Quality Control
- Audit AI-generated outputs (e.g., emails, drafts, and system actions) in real time
- Identify and flag errors such as hallucinations, incorrect logic, or duplicate client actions
- Review and act on tasks within a strict 10-minute SLA window before automated execution
- Escalate critical issues and document AI/system failures for engineering review
3. Platform & Operations Management
- Navigate internal dashboards, Slack, and proprietary systems for workflow execution
- Manage and update records in Google Sheets and internal tools
- Ensure proper tagging, organization, and consistency of all client data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via email and Slack
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Document recurring issues and process gaps
- Provide feedback to improve AI accuracy and operational workflows
- Support QA efforts to strengthen system reliability and compliance
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in contract processing, LegalOps, Accounting, or similar high-accuracy roles
- Solid understanding of B2B contracts and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Experience with customer communication or stakeholder coordination
- Strong attention to detail; QA or audit experience preferred
- Comfortable working under strict deadlines and high-pressure QC environments
- Proficient in Slack, Google Sheets, and digital admin tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary platforms
