Job Summary
We
are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide hybrid administrative
support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of the
office.
Office required 1-2 days per week.
Possible schedule: 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Utilize software such as DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office applications
- Perform basic proofreading tasks
- Support staff with general operational tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of phone systems
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling meetings
Expected hours: 20 to 25 per week
