The Chief of Staff will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, facilitating effective decision-making and executing strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Assist the CEO and executive team in developing and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and staff, ensuring clear communication of priorities and organizational updates.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-up action items.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
