Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $800 - $1,200/month


Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with outbound B2B sales experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves making high-volume, quality calls, managing leads on HubSpot, and creating follow-up opportunities. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, reliability, and availability for full-time work. Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity is a strong plus.


Key Responsibilities:


Daily & Weekly Operations:

  • Outbound Calls: Make high-volume, quality outbound calls for 8 hours daily to engage prospective B2B clients.
  • Follow-Up Management: Create and manage follow-up calls to nurture and qualify leads.
  • CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and updated records in HubSpot, ensuring all contact details and activities are logged.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to drive pipeline growth.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Team Meetings: Attend regular team meetings to share updates, challenges, and insights.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills (810 rating), building rapport with prospects.

Process Improvement:

  • Feedback Sharing: Actively participate in discussions to optimize outreach strategies and improve workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cybersecurity insights to effectively position solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Outbound B2B sales experience with a focus on high-volume and quality calls.
  • Experience with HubSpot for lead management.
  • Excellent communication skills (8-10 rating).
  • High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) with a reliable backup connection.
  • Full-time availability, reliable attendance, and adherence to an 8-hour work schedule.

Preferred:

  • Background or knowledge in cybersecurity is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like HubSpot.
