Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations within our office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and ordering when necessary.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks.
  • Perform general office duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A maximum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive, reliable, and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
