Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to both formal and informal markets. Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the dynamics of formal and informal markets to tailor marketing activities for each segment.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities for growth.

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.

- Manage social media platforms, creating and implementing effective strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.

- Collaborate with internal or external teams to produce compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.

- Use basic graphic design tools to create or edit marketing materials as needed.

- Negotiate with vendors, partners, and influencers to maximize value and enhance marketing efforts.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support marketing initiatives.

- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

- Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution.

- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Monitor budget usage and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a role that involved working with diverse market segments.
