Position Overview
Bookkeeping offerings assist all financial record keeping, reporting, and taxes, maintaining and producing accurate company books and financial outlooks. Booking ensures companies are following their correct financial path.
Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
- Bookkeeping
- Handling and Managing of Accounts Receivable
- Handling and Managing of Accounts Payable
- Producing Financial Reports
- Tax Preparation
- Reconciliations
- Assisting in Internal Audits
- Facilitating Month and Year End Closing
- Facilitation of Expense Reports
- Forecasts and Budgeting
- Financial Research
Position Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience in the above-mentioned requests
- Experience with various bookkeeping and financial management practices
- Experience working with various technology
- Experience with all major Accounting Platforms, QuickBooks, Xero
- Experience in communicating directly with customers
- Excellent English both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
