Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with high-level managerial experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an expert-level understanding of QuickBooks Online, a strong ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, and a keen eye for identifying errors. The role requires a deep understanding of CQ (Corrective Action) control in relation to QA (Quality Assurance) activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to senior management.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial records and transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Managerial Duties:

- Lead and mentor a team of junior financial analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Oversee financial operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.


Quality Assurance & Control:

- Implement and manage Corrective Action (CQ) control processes to mitigate risks and improve the accuracy of financial reporting.

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify potential financial discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.


QuickBooks Online Expertise:

- Maintain and manage the company's financial data within QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QuickBooks Online, ensuring the system is optimized for financial reporting.

- Provide training and support to staff on QuickBooks Online as needed.


Error Identification & Resolution:

- Identify and correct errors in financial data, ensuring all financial information is accurate and reliable.

- Develop and implement processes to prevent future errors and improve the efficiency of financial operations.


Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

Experience:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, including advanced features and integrations.

- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Knowledge of CQ control processes in relation to QA activities.
