About Us:

 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team and oversee the bidding process for subcontractors and traders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Solicitation: Contact and solicit bids from 100-150 subcontractors and traders for various construction projects.
  • Bid Analysis: Analyze received bids to compare terms, prices, and specifications.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports summarizing bid comparisons and recommendations for project management.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of bid information into project planning and execution.
  • Compliance: Ensure all bids and contracts comply with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, traders, and vendors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all bid solicitations, communications, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a project management or coordinator role within the construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
