Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Digital Marketer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing, from SEO and PPC to social media, content creation, email marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization. As a Full Stack Digital Marketer, you will work collaboratively across departments to design and implement data-driven campaigns that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
This position requires a mix of creative and analytical skills to optimize the customer journey, leverage insights, and refine marketing tactics across digital platforms. You should be comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution to contribute to a cohesive and impactful marketing presence.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: SEO & SEM Strategy and Management:
- Develop and Implement SEO & SEM Strategies.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve search rankings (on-page and off-page).
Create and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Perform Website Audits and Technical Improvements:
Regularly audit website SEO health and collaborate with development teams to implement technical fixes (site speed, mobile optimization).
- Content Strategy & Creation:
Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (blog posts, social media, videos) aligned with marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia content and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Track content performance (e.g., page views, engagement) and make data-driven improvements to boost visibility and relevance.
- Social Media and Email Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage audiences and grow followers.
Create and curate content, collaborate on visual assets, and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and engagement.
Conduct A/B testing and ensure compliance with regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Integrated Marketing and Client Collaboration:
Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across digital, print, social media, and events, ensuring cohesive campaign deployment.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketing plans, acting as a liaison to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Create dashboards and prepare monthly reports to monitor the success of marketing initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization.
Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and campaign management.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Basic HTML/CSS skills and understanding of web development fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
Content and Social Media:
Ability to develop, implement, and manage content strategies across channels.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
Experience in creating compelling content for various audiences and formats (blogs, social media, email).
Analytical and Data-Driven:
Advanced data analysis skills and the ability to interpret and act on campaign metrics.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Project Management:
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills, with a proactive approach to campaign planning and execution.
- Certifications (preferred):
